Tiki Barber beefed so much with the Giants that everyone forgot how great he was

If we had comments on posts/videos like today back in 2008, everyone after Super Bowl XLII would be saying: Tiki Barber punching the air right now

You forgot to mention the Ring of Honor introduction at Giants Stadium for "Ol Tiki" . It didn't go well for him , and that's a damn shame . He had no one to blame for that but himself .

Dude has narcissistic personality disorder he puts a show of being a nice guy things are going his way but when he hits a rough patch he deflects blame and tries to throw everyone else under the bus.

It amazes me how Billionaire "owner" could make these brothers from the streets leave "MONEY on the DAMN table. Strahan ended up getting his back 20 fold because of his media accomplishments. Barber will always regret that. These TEAMS make their payroll and salary cap just on TV money. Seats, concessions, ALL the rest is profit. Players better get ALL they can.

Barber was a horrible fumbler before Coughlin became coach. Anyone who justifies him leaving his wife for another woman is a douchebag.

2:22 "vicious take down of Brett Favre!?" Uh, no. There was nothing "vicious" about it. It was planned. Favre and Strahan spoke about it beforehand, and Favre 'let' him get the record breaking sack. As you can see in the footage, Favre just fell down as Strahan kinda dove at him but bare;y touched him.

Ronde Barber is the better Barber while we’re at it.. Saquon Barkley>Tiki Barber Numbers don’t always mean you’re one of the best at a level of competition as demanding as the NFL, Tiki Barber will always fall into the category of players whose ego hurt his team, there’s a reason why the Giants won a SB the year after he retired and another one a few years later. I still find it hilarious that Tiki called out Eli over “leadership”, Eli’s entire career he’s lead by example not with his mouth, which might be why he won 2 SuperBowls ...

  17. Erik Hopkins

Tiki had a "chip" on his shoulder ... Eli got "Two CHIPS' on his hands!!

I guess at the end elli manning beat Brady twice he got the last laugh so did strahan

  19. John Mayes

    John Mayes12 hari yang lalu

Barber has no right to call out strahain. Michael wasba true giant he was there since 92 he came after the giants had all there success

But I dont feel bad for him he was arrogant

  21. John Mayes

The funny thing is he retires and the win so if he played that year they would of been a lot better if the team buy there heart into it

Lifelong NYG fan here and its crazy how Tiki's legacy has become. We loved him, til we hated him. Plus Strahan has pretty much done the stuff that Tiki wanted to do..but even more succesfully. SB rings plus a much stronger tv career. So I wouldnt be surprised if there is still some level of jealousy. But all in all, I am grateful for Tiki's career. He became the legit feature back(eventually) after us Giants fans had been without 1 since Rodney Hampton(1 of my childhood faves). I enjoyed him as a player. But Saquon has the talent and drive to pretty much eradicate Barber's records. Its just a shame that a guy like Tiki is essentially persona non grata. Hope he can get back in the fold and make ammends w the teammates he turned off.

That “vicious” hit in Favre by Strahan was completely scripted lol. Favre intentionally went the wrong direction so that Strahan could get the record

John Wall and Marcin Gortat could be an interesting one. Isiah Thomas with Jordan and Pippen could also be a long one since he feuded them both, so alost like a 2 for 1 video for y'all. If you wanna go old school, Ali-Frazier. Pretty much all sports fans in their 20s or older may know, but could be a great retroactive video for us and a great reminder of the maybe the best individual fued to the younger fans. Bird-Magic, Clemens-Piazza, Shaq-Kobe and Harding-Kerrigan are the very very obvious ones that I am sure you guys have been requested hundreds of times. Federer-Nadal, Arnie-Jack are both sports that are not huge in NA but still great fueds. If you want to do ones beyond athletes, Rozelle-Al Davis and Martin-Steinbrenner are good ones too. These are the fueds that I can think of with actual beef and an abundance of trash talk and bulletin board material, not just two people who happen to be good at the same time in the same field and the media dubbing it a "rivalry". Hope some of these suggestions come true, keep up the grwat wor the sports community really appreciates it!

Strahan ended up losing all his money in divorce. That's why he has to do all these talk shows. Apparently getting rid of Tiki, was what was needed for the Giants to go ahead and win a Super Bowl.
