Thank you very much for the information. As we all learn about Islamic History, I believe its safe to say that Muslims today would not follow the Bani Umayyad or Abbasids like Muslims back then did. This is evident as the Axis of Resistance grows and non-Muslims flock to Islam by day. MashAllah!

Beautifully explained. I just wanted to make it clear that Shias did not decide on their own, it was all by Allah swa that the Prophet of Islam be raised by His chosen one, Abu Talib father of Ali a.s and later Ali a.s was raised by Prophet Muhammad saww therefore becomes the first male Muslim! The Ayat in Quran does not mention compainions, but the Familyof Prophet Muhammad saww and that's what us Shi'as honor. " Verily Allah swa desire is to remove blemish from you, O People of Household (Ahlul-Bayt) and purify you with a perfect purification" (33:33)

Small tidbit of info. In Ghadir Khum, the prophet was in the middle caravan. He called back the people who left earlier, and waiting for the people who left later to gather as many people for the sermon. Now if you want to assume that he did all that work and waiting in the sun just to let people know Ali (a.s.) was their "friend" after Ali (a.s.) was present during the entire lifespan of Islam up until that point, being the first male convert to Islam. He was also appointed as the Prophets brother in Medina even though they were both Meccan (the prophet had asked meccans and medinans to appoint each other as brothers and sister to take care of one another and promote unity). He was also the only one who spoke in defense of Muhammad (pbuh) when he presented Islam to his Qurayshi family. He was the one who dared fight one on one even when paradise was promised win or lose during the Quraysh. Yeah that dude that everyone already know was Muhammad's (pbuh) friend, yeah the whole caravan was stopped, some brought back, some waited for, just to you know remind everyone HEY GUYS THIS DUDES MY FRIEND DID U KNOW. Also totally makes sense that people have their allegiance to him in that event after he was announced as a friend. Why give allegiance to someone other than to you know.... Take them as your leige..........????

Sajjad Soltan subhanallah, the reason i asked this, is because there is a reason behind why the prophet swalla Allahu alayhu wasallam stopped at ghadirkhum and said that Ali radhiyah Allahu anhu is his friend, my advice if youre really sincere go and learn the whole hadith as in what happend before the hijja and so on. And please stop lying that the swahabas gave baiyah after that. No one gave baiyah to Alli radhiya Allahu anhu after that. And second if thats really was the message how comes no swahaba understood it that way, please be sincere and look at the evidence i beg you my friend, may Allah give you hidayah

@atiq aly tell me why we pray 3 rakat of maghrib and 4 for ishaa and I'll tell you the secrets of the prophet as well. Regardless, the manner in which he did it is evident of the purpose. The fact that people gave bayat is evident of the purpose. Why he did it there and not during Hajj doesn't matter in my opinion to be honest. Good question though. I'll ponder on that. But I don't think it's that important.

    God is JustBulan Yang lalu

The Importance of Human's Right to Life in Islam In the Islamic approach, life is a divine gift and bestowment to every individual. It has priority and is heading all the human rights. It would be useless and meaningless to talk about any rights before this right has been provided for a society's individuals. The fundamental of the value of the human life, is the value of human's existence as well as malice and viciousness of killing (assault on man's life). Therefore killing a person is not considered assault on a man's life, but a murder and assault on the reality of humanity and fading away viciousness and indecency of murder. Because of that, we decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. (Quran, 5:33) The sanctity for a man's blood is underlined so emphatically in Islam that the value of life and death of an individual equals to the value of life and death of all mankind. The Holy Prophet (S) in his farewell sermon in the last year of his life in Mena, before a crowd of Muslims, while emphasizing on the right of individuals and sanctity for their blood, said: "O people, you have to respect each other's life until the Resurrection Day."1 Moreover, in another occasion, talking about the significance of regarding the human life, he has said, "Before God murdering a believer is worse than destroying the whole world.”2 Again in another occasion he said: "If the residents of the Heavens and the Earth conspire (as accomplices to collaborate) to collectively shed the blood of a believer, God will throw all of them into the fire of hell.…"3 Of course it should not be misunderstood that sanctity of a man's life is exclusively for Muslims, that Islam has not drawn a line for a non-Muslim's life. A non-Muslim's life is honorable and respectable, too, as long as he refrains from involving in opposition or conspiracy against Muslims or an Islamic government. As the Prophet (S) said, "He, who gives somebody a chance to live (in his blood) and then kills him, he will be subjected to the fire of hell.”4

And there is different rules in different Muslim groups for example Sunnis pray with their arms to their stomach while Shi’a pray with their arm to their legs so you have to choose on of the ways

Shia comes from the word shi at ul Ali meaning party of Ali, it's wasn't until 200-250yrs after Shi'a developed a different theology. Again Iranian region up until around 15th-16th century was majority Sunni until the Persianized turk- Azerbaijani rulers of the Safavid empire forcefully converted all Iranians to Shi'a Islam fearing the ottoman infiltration. again politics involved. So for all the people trying to understand Shi'sim it's political party from within the early Muslim. For aslong as the Shi'as curse Abu-bakr, Umar and Aisha the prophets closest friends and family they will never be at peace with Sunni Muslim

I can refer you to the original Islam however you will receive some hate of which i share due to Satan because the devils always bark at the truth because the devils don't like the truth however Islam is a religion which is pro fighting Satan and satans henchmen (henchmen are not innocent) for this look into the beginning of Surat qsas in the holy Quran Surat qasas Allah says that Pharaoh and his henchmen are in the same boat of wrong doing also Pharaoh claimed to be the all mighty creator however he died with sand in his mouth which disproves his claim to be God. both shia and Christan pagans and Hindu pagans all hate authentictauheed. Com and even though they all have different faiths however they will put all their differences aside and focus on destroying the real Islam and the Khilafah (pagans always worshipped side with pagans to destroy the truth) God bless

@Mohammad Jaafar " Its just they are the only ones that had knowledge of Islam and people that you could ask them everything about Islam." When you say those were the only ones with knowledge, does it mean that other companions of prophet were not qualified at all? Brother, when you talk of knowledge then Ibn e Masaud was also knowledgeful like Ali (A.S). Indeed Ali (A.S) was "key to city of knowledge" according to Hadith of prophet But His political decision of taking pledge for Caliphate before bringing Killers of Uthman caused trouble for him even when his son Hasan(A.S) advised against his decision to take pledge. The first five rightly guided Caliphs were capable to rule Islamic State and they ruled it in best interest of Ummah. Shia Muslims still think that only descendants of Nabi are capable to rule Islam although Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) told that merit of superiority lies in piety and good action. Indeed household of Prophet were pious. I don't think we are disagreeing.

it's incorrect to say shia started shortly after prophet's death. The word shia basically means partisan. It was mainly political group started 25yr after prophet's death, but shia belief back then was basically the same as other muslim, the only different is the political affiliation. It was only during the 4th caliph's reign whom shia believe to be the 1st imam that shia as a different belief started, but even then it was not the same as the shia of today. There are many different sects within shia, but the majority which exist today is 12 imam shia such as in iran which appears around 250+ yr after Prophet's death. Smaller shia sect such as zaydi or ismaili etc started earlier than 12 imam shia

Buddy it's obvious you don't live around Shia. You should have said"If I knew a Shia then I would consider them Brethren but since I don't know any Shia,I'll just sit here naked in my room and spout nonsense.

@false sects like shia are judeo made No cursed bustred you who like scare rat do not put your name here - as this noble Sunni Shaykh says it in this lecture: In minute 8:22 he narrates Ibn Abbas (ra) who said by whom that my life is in his hand this is " the will " of messenger of Allah sawa and the shaykh continues that Messenger of Allah while being on a she camel gave this lecture and among things he said was this " this my will for you after me that if you follow it and cling to it you would not be misguided and that is the book of Allah and my Family (not the book of Allah and Sunnati that it is not mentioned in Bukhari and Muslim) that you the naasibi dogs used and it source is the servant of Ka'ab bin Ahbar who was the enemy of Imam Ali (as) Then shaykh continues in minute 11:33 that messenger of Allah again gathered the Muslims in a place called Ghadeer khum and stood between five trees and again in minute 12:07 after the messenger of Allah says that I leave with you two weighty things the book of Allah and my Family...then he (sawa) continued to say: see how you treat them after me (recallectoin: you Nasibi dog and your ancestors cursed the Imam Ali (as) who prophet said that me and I am from Ali and Ali is from me, and me and Ali are from the same tree and other people from the other trees.

Great video. I'm just a Muslim. I refuse to label myself Sunni or Shia. The Quran is clear, do not break the religion into sects....

@Max ماكس ali did not recognize abu bakr as kalif and neither any of the first 3 He choose not to fight with them This said.. and exactly because he did not recognize the unrightfull leadership, something happend in the house of ali and fatima, what was it brother? Did you forgot about your own books and the fire at the house? Did you forgot about the nail that broke fatima's ribs? And further more... at khoum abu bakr recognized ali as the leader and then betrayed him. Get your history straight

The Ibadiyya in modern time is very very similar to sunni islam. Ibadis were the people that abandoned imam ali (as) because they refused to participate in the fitnas, they saw imam ali (as) and Uthman as bad Caliphs because fitna occured under them. For this Reason Abu bakr and Umar have a much more significant position for them than all other sahaba. Also they have a belief in imamah, but it is much different from shia islam, they have like 4 possible Imamahs which you can follow. Ibadiyya is too complex to compare with the other 2 schools, it is better if you think about them like a subsect of sunni islam.
