    aweesome my lady. i sure will try yr marjerine resep. my old old amatees do not allow me to blend the fruit. they totally wont eat. they blieve original pine tart..that fruit must be grated for the ...fibre is the secret they said. pine tart mean the jam is not lump of balls but thos fibrous shiny jam. they evn added small amount of butter on the cooked fibrous jamm to mek it darker n shininggg💅💅. haha. they so old fashion yaa..thos Qureish Arab ladies. so fine in baking small tiny jobs...i feel it break back bones only. old amatees never use this marjerin stuff..they only use butter...and not those square butter..to them it cheating butter haha...my aunties so not trusting. they only baked with canned butter from thos far countries...they blieve that...💥😇🤪. n they use fresh egg. they too will brush top of each every tiny cookies with egg yolk. ooomaagadd...so tedious. now..in this time..no one wans to do this my cute lady....i will try yr champion resep later k. tq for sharing modern midas

    Not with this recipe if you want to create the exact texture :( You can try to omit it and use 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead. See if it works :)

    Just guessing, but maybe butter did not work for you because you used the egg white and water. Normally we use only butter, yolks and no water.

    This recipe is simple and ideal for a Singaporean like me to bake. Being overseas for the most part of the year , ingredients dear to Singapore are scarce so I used whatever ingredients that I brought from Singapore, the ones that are allowed to go onboard the plane, to cook. I regularly make trips to and fro from Egypt and Turkey because my fiancee is a Turkish and I am studying in Egypt. I definitely miss our local delights whenever i'm here so I need to bake everything myself. Thanks for this recipe, it really helps!
