+meng yap There's no corn syrup in this recipe. It's golden syrup, if you can't find it, then adjust the sweetness with extra sugar.

Thank you very much.I will follow ur step.I am trying it for the 1st time. Can i know what is the golden syrup? With this fillings...how many tarts can we make.THANK YOU.

  60. Flavours Of Asia

Flavours Of Asia5 tahun yang lalu

@Peng Seng Tan FYI (fr wiki) Golden syrup is a thick, amber-coloured form of inverted sugar syrup, made in the process of refining sugar cane or sugar beet juice into sugar, or by treatment of a sugar solution with acid. It is used in a variety of baking recipes and desserts. It has an appearance similar to honey, and is often used as a substitute by people who do not eat corn syrup. ( Lyle's Golden Syrup is a popular brand or any cane sugar golden syrup is fine too)This recipe makes about 960 to 980 grams of Pineapple Jam. if you are going to make the enclosed version, it will yield about 96 pieces.
