    I used to drink about 6 cups of milk a day. Have started to cut milk out, and hoping that will boost myself as well as an avg. of 90 mins walking per day + a 10-30 minute workout (without added weights) I've also been tracking calories, to boost myself even more :)

    I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks by just eliminating junk food and drinking only water and eating vegetables for lunch and oatmeal or eggs in the morning and watching my portions, i counted calories the first 2 weeks (depends how much weight you want to loose) now im working on building muscle and maintaining weight. I love the advice about drinking tea before my meal ill try that too!
