Hey guys, I want to make this too but since I would like to share with my family and friends, is it okay to double (or even triple) the ingredients to make more? How long can I store it in thw fridge? Will it get hard if I keep it for too long? Thank you :)

  51. Oven Fresh by Christine

Oven Fresh by Christine20 hari yang lalu

@Yoon, yes you can double the ingredients . You can store the boba in the fridge for few hours ,after that the boba gets hard a little bit but still good. About the uncooked pearls you can store in the freezer for later use. Thank you!

Tried it, love it! Seemed very tedious in terms of steps, but it's actually much easier than it looks and very chewy indeed! Some people shared tips below and it was helpful. The video was very nicely crafted and the suggested serving was a nice touch. Is there a way to store the tapioca once it's dusted in the tapioca starch? Should I freeze it?

  70. Oven Fresh by Christine

Oven Fresh by ChristineBulan Yang lalu

@Cindy C, you can freeze them but before freezing let the pearls dehydrate for few hrs .Place them on a flat tray and occasionally roll them gently with your palm to maintain itโ€™s round shape with a little dust of tapioca starch.. After few hrs you can freeze it. Thank you!
