    In this recipe I used minimum sugar, almost can't taste the sweetness of the cake. You can always double the amount of sugar which I much preferred regarding taste. Well is your choice. Happy baking.

    Hi chef.. i have a problem with baking your recipes like chiffon and sponge cakes because i have a gas oven so its temprature and heating is diffrent from oven's lowest temprature is 135 and the highest is 240..can you tell me how to bake your recipes espesially the cakes please..thank you.

    It sounded so crisp and crunchy as you were cutting it. Delicious I bet. The only thing that could possibly make it any better, would be lots, and lost of Buttercream expertly pipped on top of it. You make the tarts, I will bring the Buttercream. We'll have tea together.     Hi. Wow mouth watering. Two of my most favourite ingredients in cakes. I can't wait to try and make this when I get home. As for the puff pastry I might have to buy some. Not as good as you to make it. The gelatine glaze at the end. Is it to firm up the tart or just the give it a shiny glaze?
